1. The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts Gift Card is issued by Pine Labs Private Limited.
2. A valid Gift Card, in its original form, must be presented at the time of availing any service.
3. Multiple transactions may be performed using the Gift Card until the card value is fully exhausted.
4. The Gift Card may be used only at participating Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Trident Hotels in India.
5. All Gift Cards shall have a minimum validity period of twelve (12) months from the date of issuance.

7. The Gift Card number and PIN must be kept strictly confidential and should not be disclosed to any individual or entity.
8. The Gift Card is non-transferable, and its balance value cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. The Gift Card is considered a cash-equivalent instrument. Pine Labs, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, or their affiliates shall not be held liable if the card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without authorisation.
10. No refund, replacement, or cashback will be provided under any circumstances.
11. The Gift Card cannot be used for deposits, advance purchases, or to secure or confirm reservations.
12. Any defaced, damaged, or cancelled physical Gift Card shall be deemed invalid and will not be accepted.
13. Any dispute shall be referred to Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and the decision of Oberoi Hotels & Resorts shall be final and binding.
14. Subject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
15. Oberoi Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates can be viewed on the official website.
16. No fees or charges apply to the Gift Card.
17. Oberoi Hotels & Resorts shall only consider requests for blocking Gift Cards from users who have completed the registration process in accordance with the instructions above.
